New Moon proposed for November

Two Twilight movies in one year.....exciting yet daunting at the same time.
After being disappointed by "Twilight" earlier this year, I couldn't believe the sequel, "New Moon", would be due for release so soon. The books were good, but not FANTASTIC, not as good as many crazed teenagers would exclaim. So yes, I've read the books, and I know what is going to happen in the sequel, so what are we expecting from the actual movie?
Yes, "Twilight" did great at the box-office, but that is only based on how much money the movie has made and not on how good the movie actually was. Almost everyone I know, has read the books and has told me how disappointing the movie was. So underneath the whole "Twilight craze" and "Edward craze", the producers/directors have been working hard on trying to improve the next movie.
One "supposed" improvement, is the changing of directors, from Catherine Hardwicke to Chris Weitz who's most recent film was "The Golden Compass". To me, this is great news, because I really didn't enjoy "Twilight". Supposedly, the sequel will contain much more action and better fight scenes coupled with better effects, this definitely gets brownie points from me.
There were early rumours that Jacob Black would be changed, but after commotion from fans this idea has been scrapped. I was disappointed to hear this because I always imagined Jacob to be bigger and stronger, and Taylor Lautner just didn't fit this role, I was happy to hear they would replace him. A little teenage boy that looks like Bella's little brother, just doesn't work for me. I know in the book Jacob is supposed to be younger, but Taylor Lautner just looks too young. But who knows, Chris Weitz does great effects, so maybe there might be a pleasant surprise.
For Dakota Fanning fans, you will be happy to hear that she has been officially confirmed to play the role of Jane in "New Moon". I think she will play this role well and am looking forward to seeing her.
Due for release in November, let's hope for a pleasing sequel "The Twilight Saga's: New Moon" (yes, that is the official title...-_-). Then after that "The Twilight Saga's: Eclipse", which Drew Barrymore is rumoured to be in the running to direct.
